已知慢性肾小球肾炎(XΓH)的治疗迄今仍是一个十分棘手的问题,尤其是伴高血压、肾病综合征(HC)的患者。XΓH的发生机制与免疫炎症有关。XΓH患者往往伴有高凝状态、蛋白尿、肾功能不全和微血管床损害。XΓH常用免疫抑制剂(糖皮质激素、细胞毒剂)、抗凝剂(肝素)、降血压药和利尿剂等,这些药物不仅有一定的副作用,而且长期使用还有发生严重并发症的危险。为了寻找新的治疗方法,基于低能量氦氖激光((?))的生物刺激效应,作者首次将(?)用于治疗XΓH16例(男13例和女3例),年龄19~68岁。
The treatment of known chronic glomerulonephritis (XΓH) is by now still a very troublesome problem, especially in patients with hypertension and nephrotic syndrome (HC).
