一套显示今年最新洪水水势的影像图日前摆在了由朱镕基总理主持召开的国务院研究减灾防灾对策办公会议的桌面上。此套影像图同时正在被国家防总、中央有关部门、湖北省防指和省党政领导等作为重要资料进行参考和研究。有关负责人称,此套洪水影像图为国家和有关省市准确、全面地了解洪水情况,研究抗洪救灾对策提供了极为宝贵的参考资料。这套影像图一共4张,分别为九八湖北省特大洪水遥感影像图、武汉洪水期影像图、松嫩平原洪水期影像图、洞庭湖区洪水期影像图,它们是由武汉测绘科技大学研制完成的,并得到了国家基础地理信息中心的大力协助。这是一个湖北省科委九五科技攻关项目,指导这个项目的导师是武测校长李德仁院士和舒宁教授,由青年教师方圣辉和巫兆聪等突击4个昼夜,于8月20日正式赶制完成。
