学习共同体是由社区居民及助学者共同构成的团体,他们在学习过程中交流、分享学习资源,共同完成一定的学习任务,形成了相互影响、相互促进的人际联系。居民们将收获良好的精神状态和健康的身体,生活品质与质量大大提高。学习氛围好,邻里和睦,居民的社区归属感大大增强。居民在不经意间把“要我学”转变成“我要学”。社区学习共同体的建立是非常迫切和符合国情的。
The learning community is a community of community residents and student assistants. They exchange information and share learning resources in the learning process to accomplish certain learning tasks together and form interpersonal relationships that influence and promote each other. Residents will reap a good mental state and a healthy body. Their quality of life and quality will be greatly enhanced. Learning atmosphere is good, neighborhood harmony, residents greatly increase the sense of belonging to the community. Residents inadvertently “want me to learn ” into “I want to learn ”. The establishment of community learning community is very urgent and in line with national conditions.
