随着我国经济能力与科技水平的不断提高和进步,制造业得到大力发展,各企业中也更加缺乏专业型人才,高职技术型人才的培养成为了亟待解决的问题。我们借鉴国外的先进经验,逐渐采用了现代学徒制的人才培养方法,促进了高职学生毕业的质量问题,因为在平时的教学中他们就能亲自的上手操作,亲自去体会自己所学到的东西。在机电一体化专业中这个问题显得更加突出,学生必须依靠大量的实践工作之后才会让自己有一个很大的提升。以机电一体化专业为例,对现代学徒制下高职人才培养模式进行探讨。
With the continuous improvement and improvement of China’s economic capability and science and technology, the manufacturing industry has been vigorously developed. More and more professional talents are lacking in all enterprises. The training of vocational and technical personnel in higher vocational education has become an urgent issue to be solved. We learn from foreign advanced experience, and gradually adopted the modern apprenticeship personnel training methods to promote the quality of graduates of vocational students, because in normal teaching they can personally get started, to personally experience what they have learned thing. This problem is even more prominent in mechatronics, where students have to rely on a great deal of practical work before they can make a big difference. Taking the mechatronics major as an example, this paper probes into the training mode of higher vocational talents in modern apprenticeship.
