文章通过对新疆某高校预科阶段近三年来学生MHK考试成绩分析,及近两年11月份学生未经过系统的汉语学习及强化而参加MHK成绩分析入手,说明在学生汉语水平普遍提高的前提下,双语教师面临从知识性教学向应用型教学转变,而建构主义理论适应我国应用型高校教师专业发展的理论要求,对教育教学产生了深刻的影响。教育建构主义在我国应用型高校教师专业发展中的重要作用就是指导、帮助我国应用型高校教师从传统到现代的角色转变,并完成事业型、职业性与学术性相统一的专业化过程。
Based on the analysis of the students ’MHK scores in the recent three years in a college preparatory stage in Xinjiang and the MHK scores of students who have not undergone systematic Chinese study and reinforcement in recent two years in November, this article shows that under the premise of a general improvement of students’ Chinese proficiency, Bilingual teachers are confronted with the change from knowledge-based teaching to applied-type teaching. Constructivism theory adapts to the theoretical requirements of the professional development of applied-type university teachers in our country and has a profound impact on education and teaching. The important role of educational constructivism in the professional development of applied university teachers in our country is to guide and help the teachers of applied universities to change their roles from tradition to modern and to complete the professional process of unification of career, occupation and academic.
