本文分析了当前高职院校就业教育的现状:专业设置与社会人才市场需求脱节,就业范围狭窄,教学方式单一,没能把就业教育整合到人才培养的全过程。针对这些问题提出了解决对策:首先,加强就业教育体系的内涵建设,其次,吸取各方面的优势,加强就业教育队伍的建设,最后,健全就业教育考核制度和教学评估体系。
This article analyzes the status quo of employment education in vocational colleges at present: the professional setting is out of step with the demand of social talent market, the employment scope is narrow, the teaching method is single, and the employment education can not be integrated into the whole process of personnel training. First, to strengthen the connotation construction of the employment education system. Second, draw on the advantages of all aspects to strengthen the employment education team building. Finally, improve the employment education evaluation system and teaching evaluation system.
