网络公共领域是网民在网络空间中通过对公共事务交流讨论而产生理性评论和社会舆论,进而引导公共利益在一定程度上得到实现,是监督制约国家权力和影响国家决策的公共平台,推动着我国民主化进程。互联网的隐匿性、商业性等特点以及年轻网民的性格特征等因素在一定程度上阻碍了公共领域的发展,正视网络公共领域存在着的问题,促使我国网络公共领域在探索中前进。
Internet public domain is Internet users in cyberspace through the exchange of public affairs to discuss and generate rational comments and public opinion, and thus guide the public interest to a certain extent, is to monitor the constraints of state power and affect the national decision-making public platform to promote our country Democratization process. Internet’s occult, commercial and other characteristics as well as the characteristics of young Internet users and other factors impede the development of the public domain to a certain extent, face up to the existing problems in the network public domain, and promote the exploration of the network public domain in our country.
