如果只是折腾员工倒也罢,反正这种洗脑也没多少人会信。但是有些做法却严重影响了企业的经营管理,让我这个总经理忍无可忍。不是我不明白,还是这个世界变得太快。几年前当我在机场书店对那些在电视机里蛊惑人心的“大师”们嗤之以鼻时,我绝对没有想到几年之后的今天,这些“大师”能够开一场万人培训大会,更没有想到我的老板竟然也会花钱去听这些“大师”的课程。
