我国森林公安行业地区发展不平衡,民警综合素质亟需提高,而当下知识经济时代,公安信息网的文献资料难以满足民警的文化素质提升和终身学习的需求。利用计算机编程技术和网络通讯技术,基于分布式的结构实现森林公安行业范围内高等学府与地方单位的数字资源的共享,能够提供较为丰富的文化性和学术性数字资源。项目系统于2016年9月开始在江西省吉安市公安局推广,至今已在31个单位得到应用,产生了一定的社会效益和经济效益。
The development of China’s public security industry is unbalanced and the comprehensive quality of police needs to be improved urgently. However, in the era of knowledge-based economy, the literature and information of public security information network can hardly meet the needs of civilian police in improving their cultural quality and lifelong learning. The use of computer programming technology and network communication technology, based on the distributed structure to achieve the forest public security industry within the framework of institutions of higher learning and local digital resources sharing, to provide more rich cultural and academic digital resources. The project system was launched in Ji’an City Public Security Bureau of Jiangxi Province in September 2016 and has been applied in 31 units so far, which has produced some social and economic benefits.
