随着杂交稻面积的扩大和三系材料使用年代的增加,混杂退化问题日益突出,其中不育系的混杂退化又是引起杂交稻混杂退化的主要矛盾。国内应用的几种提纯复壮技术虽然在一定程度上缓和了三系材料的混杂退化状况,但是,引起不育系退化的遗传变异问题尚未得到根本解决。江苏里下河地区农科所杂优组从1981年开始,着手研究应用花药培养技术进行野败不育系珍汕97A和保持系珍汕97B的提纯复壮工作。1983年,生产出首批不育系原种及配组的杂交稻,1984年,在兴化县荡朱等三个乡进行较大面积的生产示范,表现出理想效果,受到群众好评。
With the expansion of hybrid rice area and the increasing use of three-line materials, the problem of hybrid degeneration becomes more and more prominent. The mixed degeneration of CMS lines is the main contradiction which causes the mixed degeneration of hybrid rice. Although several purification and rejuvenation techniques applied in China alleviate the mixed degradation of three-line materials to a certain extent, the genetic variation that causes the degradation of CMS has not yet been fundamentally solved. Jiangsu Lixiahe Prefecture Agricultural Sciences hybrid group from 1981 onwards, proceed with the application of anther culture technology for wild sterile line Zhenshan 97A and maintainer line Zhenshan 97B purification and rejuvenation work. In 1983, the first batch of hybrid rice with sterile lines and combinations was produced. In 1984, a large-scale production demonstration was carried out in three townships such as Xinghua County and Zhuang Zhu, showing the desired effect and receiving favorable comments from the masses.
