研究了W12Cr4V5Co5(FT15)粉末冶金高速钢的性能。高速钢粉末用氮气雾化法制取,而后热挤压致密化成材。热挤压有利于粉末颗粒表面氧化膜的破碎,从而减轻了氧对性能的有害影响。研究了粉末的显微组织和挤压钢材的性能。根据实验结果,确定了FT15粉冶高速钢的热处理参数。测定了钢的物理力学性能。对断口进行了分析。与普通铸锻高速钢对比进行了刀具耐磨性与切削性能试验。
The performance of W12Cr4V5Co5 (FT15) powder metallurgy high speed steel was studied. High-speed steel powder with nitrogen atomization method, and then hot extrusion densification. Hot extrusion is beneficial to the crushing of the oxide film on the surface of the powder particles, thereby reducing the detrimental effect of oxygen on performance. The microstructure of the powder and the properties of the extruded steel were investigated. According to the experimental results, the heat treatment parameters of FT15 powder metallurgy high speed steel were determined. The physical and mechanical properties of the steel were measured. The fracture was analyzed. Compared with ordinary casting and forging HSS, the wear resistance and cutting performance of the tool were tested.
