目的:建立创伤诱导的Sprague-Dawley大鼠跟腱异位骨化动物模型,并初步探讨其形成机制。方法:30只Sprague-Dawley大鼠行右侧跟腱切断术,分别于术后第3、5、10周行X线和组织学检查。结果:3周时所有动物未见异位骨化;5周时60%的动物X线平片可见异位骨,40%的动物组织学检查发现有软骨形成;10周后所有动物均出现异位骨化。这种异位骨的结构和常位骨相似,具有骨小梁和骨髓结构。异位骨是通过软骨化骨过程形成的。结论:采用切断Sprague-Dawley大鼠跟腱的方法能有效诱导异位骨化,该方法简便易行,结果稳定可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish animal model of Achilles tendon heterotopic ossification in trauma-induced Sprague-Dawley rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 30 Sprague-Dawley rats were performed right Achilles tendon rupture. X-ray and histological examination were performed on the 3rd, 5th, 10th postoperative weeks respectively. Results: No allogeneic ossification was found in all animals at 3 weeks. Ectopic bone was found in 60% of the animals at 5 weeks and in 40% animals. Chondrocytes were found in all the animals after 10 weeks. Bit ossification. The structure of this ectopic bone is similar to that of a normal bone, with trabecular and marrow structures. Ectopic bone is formed by the process of cartilage. Conclusion: The method of cutting off the Achilles tendon of Sprague-Dawley rats can effectively induce heterotopic ossification. The method is simple and easy to operate and the results are stable and reliable.
