加入稀土元素后对12CrMoV钢的氧化膜组织进行观察测量,研究了12CrMoV钢的抗氧化性与稀土元素的关系。结果表明:加入稀土元素后,不同氧化温度下的钢均呈现出抛物线形状的增重曲线,氧化膜对钢起到了有效保护作用。在相同氧化温度和氧化时间条件下,随着稀土元素含量的减小,试样氧化增重和氧化膜上的晶粒间的空隙在逐渐增加。在相同氧化温度条件下,氧化速率常数k_1随着稀土元素含量的增加而降低,氧化激活能Q随着稀土元素含量的增加而增加。稀土元素可以有效的改善12CrMoV钢的高温抗氧化性,而且改善程度随着稀土元素含量的增加而增大。
After adding rare earth element, the oxide film structure of 12CrMoV steel was observed and measured, and the relationship between the oxidation resistance and rare earth elements of 12CrMoV steel was studied. The results show that the addition of rare earth elements, the steel at different oxidation temperatures showed a parabolic curve of the weight gain curve, the oxide film has played an effective protective effect on steel. Under the same oxidation temperature and oxidation time, as the content of rare earth elements decreases, the oxidation weight and the gap between the grains on the oxide film gradually increase. Under the same oxidation temperature, the oxidation rate constant k_1 decreases with the increase of REE content. The oxidation activation energy Q increases with the increase of REE content. Rare earth elements can effectively improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of 12CrMoV steel, and the improvement with the increase of REE content.
