为了建立一种由基体的黏弹性获得复合材料黏弹性的新方法,从基体材料的黏弹性模型出发,提出一种复合材料单向板黏弹性模型.由该模型的平衡方程组,经拉普拉斯变换与逆变换推导其黏弹性本构关系,该表达形式与基体材料的黏弹性本构方程具有相同的形式.进行了基体材料和复合材料单向板的黏弹性实验,结果表明:复合材料单向板的蠕变柔量公式的实验拟合参数值与理论推导的参数值较为接近,该模型能够较准确地表达复合材料单向板的黏弹性行为.该模型只须测出基体的弹性模量及蠕变常数、复合材料单向板的弹性模量及基体含量,即可预测聚合物基复合材料单向板的黏弹性行为.
In order to establish a new method to obtain the viscoelasticity of composite materials from the viscoelasticity of the matrix, a viscoelastic model of composite one-way plate is proposed based on the viscoelastic model of the matrix material. From the equilibrium equations of the model, Laspey transform and inverse transform, the viscoelastic constitutive relation is deduced.The viscoelastic constitutive equation of the matrix material has the same form.The viscoelasticity experiment of the matrix material and the unidirectional composite plate is carried out.The results show that the composite The experimental fitting parameter of the creep compliance formula of the unidirectional plate is close to the theoretically derived parameter value, which can express the viscoelastic behavior of the unidirectional plate more accurately. The model only needs to measure the matrix Elastic modulus and creep constant, the elastic modulus of the unidirectional composite board and the matrix content, we can predict the viscoelastic behavior of the unidirectional composite plate.
