对以生产纤维原料为主要目的,适当采叶提取桉叶油为经营模式的直干桉项目进行了财务分析评估。一个经营周期(21年,含三个主伐期),直干桉项目内部收益率为39.35％,按12％的基准年利率贴现的净现值为正值(7073.2元),静态投资回收期为4.69年,动态投资回收期为5.11年;在产品销售收入下降20％经济成本上升20％或两者同时发生时,项目内部益率仍在16.25％以上。表明直干桉项目盈利水平高,投资回收期短、抗风险能力强。
The financial analysis and evaluation were conducted on the direct and dry eucalyptus project, which mainly focused on the production of fiber raw materials and the appropriate extraction of eucalyptus oil for the business model. One business cycle (21 years with three main cutting periods), the internal rate of return of direct eucalyptus project is 39.35%, the net present value discounted at base rate of 12% is positive (7073.2 yuan), and the static investment payback period 4.69 years, dynamic investment recovery period of 5.11 years; 20% in product sales revenue economic costs rose 20% or both at the same time, the project internal rate of return is still above 16.25%. It shows that the profit level of Eucalyptus grandis project is high, the investment recovery period is short, and its anti-risk ability is strong.
