我国高职教育近年来得到快速发展,在教学观念、教学模式、办学思想方面都有很大进步,但高职院校依然存在行政机构人员比例过大、管理制度落后、工作作风官僚等历史遗留问题。这些问题将成为高职院校进一步发展壮大、走出自己独立办学道路的阻碍。只有把这些问题解决好,才能使高职教育与快速发展的市场经济相适应,与“以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨”的发展理念相协调。
The higher vocational education in our country has developed rapidly in recent years, and has made great progress in the teaching concept, teaching mode and school thinking. However, there are still some historical remnants in higher vocational colleges such as the excessive proportion of administrative staff, the backward management system and bureaucracy of working style problem. These problems will become obstacles to the further development and growth of higher vocational colleges and their own ways of running schools independently. Only by solving these problems can higher vocational education adapt to the rapidly developing market economy and coordinate with the development concept of “taking employment as a guide and serving as a principle”.
