目的：探讨优质护理对交叉韧带重建患者术后康复的影响。方法：选择进行交叉韧带重建手术的患者40例，随机分为对照组和实验组，各20例。对照组采用常规护理方案，实验组采用优质护理方案，观察两组患者满意度及术后三个月恢复膝关节全范围 ROM 例数的差异。结果：实验组患者术后三个月膝关节全范围 ROM 的恢复效果高于对照组，同时将患者的护理满意度由对照组的60％提升至95％，X2（P ＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义。结论：优质护理对交叉韧带重建的患者术后康复和提高患者满意度具有一定的作用，应值得推广。“,”Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality of nursing in patients with Cruciate ligaments construction.Methods:40 patients with the Cruciate ligaments reconstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated by the high quality of nursing.We observed the effect of nursing care of the two groups.Results:Three months after the operation,the whole range of knee joint was restored ROM in observation group was higher than that of the control group;Nursing satisfaction rate of observation group Satisfaction is increased by 60% in the control group to 95%,the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of high quality of nursing is meaningful in patients with Cruciate liga-ments reconstruction and the degree of satisfaction.
