E receptor is a T cell surface marker, however, the nature of E receptor is not yet clear. The main purpose of this study was to observe the inhibition of E-rosettes formation by temperature elution and to observe the biological characteristics of E receptors. In 10 normal peripheral blood samples, lymphocytes were isolated and E receptor was removed at 45 ° C. Sheep red blood cells (SRBCs) and AET-SRBCs were treated with E receptors, respectively. All materials were divided into five groups: Group 1: E-AETs were made from normal E-rosettes (E) and AET-SRBC from lymphocytes depleted of E-receptors. Group 2 formed E and E-AET with SRBC and AET-SRBC, respectively, treated with normal lymphocytes and E receptors. Placed at 4 ℃ conditions, two hours later observed. The third group with the second group, placed at 4 ℃, 12 hours later observed. Group 4 will be treated with normal lymphocytes and E receptors SRBC and AET-SRBC
