The crude preparation Shigoka (Siberian ginseng) prepared from the root bark of the Soviet Union’s Siberian pentasaccharide Acanthopanaxsenticocus Harms has long been used to treat tension, exhaustion and increase human and animal resistance. In Japan, in order to avoid depletion of Acanthopanax senticosus resources, its stem bark was used instead of root bark. This article describes the study of the composition of bark plus bark skin and obtains syringaresinol-dioxo-BD-glycoside from the water extract ( Ten compounds such as isofraxidin, (+)-Syringaresinol-di-β-D-glucoside) and chlorogenic acid were used and subjected to a long-term swimming test in rats. At the same time, the rats were treated with water extract (500 mg/kg·d) of bark of Acanthopanax senticosus at the same time for 25 days, and the rats were taken to the 15th day. Start the load swim test on the same conditions and time, the next day
