一、半连续挤压工艺半连续挤压较连续挤压的应用少。半连续挤压法的棒料被间歇的送入夹紧装置或挤压筒,而在下一工作循环时挤出制品。在铝材挤压工业中,作者推荐采用半连续挤压工艺(美国专利4208897)生产各种系列直径的棒材,其工艺原理如图1所示。纵向组合式挤压筒可由干粘附摩擦产生挤压力,又可在挤压时对金属产生横向支承力。这种组合式设计结构较合理,因为如果采用其他方法把棒料送入挤压筒需要很大的压力,这个压力很可能超过坯料的抗弯强度。此外,棒料在干摩擦状态下相对运动时,其表层会出现
