随着对外开放政策的不断深化,我国的国门越开越大,与世界各国的交往也日益增多。外语,作为一种与国外交往的工具,已越来越多地为各行各业所需求,因此,如何改革外语教学,卓有成效地造就新时代所需要的外语人才,已成为教育界,尤其是从事外语教学的外语教师所关注的问题。下面仅就我国中等专业学校的外语教学改革谈几点个人意见,与同行商榷。一、中专外语教学存在的问题我是一名中专英语教师,近几年有意对历届本校毕业生作了一些调查,约80%的毕业生认为他们的外语水平低下,难以适应新形势的要求,虽然以前在学校学了几年外语,但收效甚微,只记得一些英语
