目的:建立南丹参中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-1.5%甲酸溶液(16∶16∶68),流速:1mL/min,检测波长286nm,柱温:室温。结果:线性范围为11.984~299.6 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.57%,RSD=1.83%,精密度RSD=1.66%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.08%(n=6),稳定性RSD=1.60%。结论:方法稳定、可靠,可作为该药材的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Nandan ginseng. Methods: The chromatographic column was Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1.5% formic acid solution (16:16:68), the flow rate was 1 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 286 nm, Room temperature. RESULTS: The linear range was 11.984-299.6 mg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 99.57%, RSD was 1.83%, RSD was 1.66% (n = 6) and repeatability was 1.08% n = 6), stability RSD = 1.60%. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable and can be used as quality control method of this medicine.
