现在社会的竞争越来越激烈,其实内涵是人才的竞争。现今在中国高等教育不断扩招的大趋势下,通过教学改革来提高教学质量,以此来培养创造性创新型人才已迫在眉睫。创新型的课堂教学模式是迎合时代要求的,是教育改革与发展的需要,是全面推进素质教育的需要。全面实施素质教育进行教育改革是创新教育的开展,实践课堂教学改革的信号。同时,借助多元性评价体系更有利于推进教学改革的实施。
