当前,我国减少温室气体排放已刻不容缓,而企业的生产制造过程是温室气体的主要来源,所以政府必须控制企业的碳排放,促使企业生产低碳化。在碳配额政策下,研究由回收商、制造商、零售商组成的闭环供应链,考虑制造商投入资金进行碳减排,构建了无政府补贴和3种不同补贴政策下的、由制造商主导的双重Stackelberg博弈,求解得到供应链上各成员在不同情形下的最优决策。对政府制定补贴政策、企业回收和生产策略选择,具有指导意义。
At present, it is imperative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in our country, and the manufacturing process of enterprises is the main source of greenhouse gases. Therefore, the government must control the carbon emissions of enterprises and promote the production of low-carbon products. Under the carbon quota policy, we study the closed-loop supply chain composed of recyclers, manufacturers and retailers, and consider the manufacturers investing funds to reduce carbon emissions. The government subsidies under the government subsidies and subsidies under three different subsidies are led by manufacturers Double Stackelberg game to solve the optimal decision of each member in the supply chain in different situations. It is instructive for the government to formulate the subsidy policy, business recovery and production strategy choice.
