采用毛细管电泳方法,通过在缓冲溶液中加入环糊精,实现了7种安非他明类毒品对映体的完全分离。考察了各种电泳分析条件对对映体分离的影响。
By capillary electrophoresis, the enantiomers of seven amphetamines were completely separated by adding cyclodextrin to the buffer solution. The effects of various electrophoretic conditions on enantiomeric separation were investigated.
