为了寻找防治血吸虫病非锑剂新药物,我们曾设想某些1,3_二氮茚衍生物可能会对血吸虫生长发育的某些环节有抑制作用。因此在前文曾合成了二个在1及2位皆有取代的l,3-二氮茚衍生物以进行动物试验。但试验结果认为无效。后来我们设想也许1,3-二氮茚中1位的氢原子会有重要作用。例如在维生素B_(12)中是通过这个位置与一个五碳醣相联结;由此我们继续合成一系列只在2位及苯环上有取代的衍生物,送广东省寄生虫病防治研究所进行动物试验:
In search of new non-antimony agent drugs for the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis, we have envisaged that certain 1,3-benzofuran derivatives may inhibit certain aspects of the growth and development of schistosomes. Therefore, in the previous article, two 1, 3-diazaindene derivatives substituted at both 1 and 2 positions were synthesized for animal experiments. However, the test result is invalid. Later we envisaged that perhaps the hydrogen atom at position 1 of 1,3-diazaindene would play an important role. For example, in vitamin B_ (12) is through this position with a five-carbon sugar linked; thus we continue to synthesize a series of derivatives only in place of 2 and benzene ring substitution, sent to the Institute of Parasitic Diseases in Guangdong Province Animal experiments:
