毛前胡挥发油的GC-MS分析

采用气相色谱-质谱联用以及气相色谱法对毛前胡挥发油的成分进行了定性、定量分析。鉴定了45种成分。该挥发油的主成分为α-蒎烯。

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography (GC) were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the constituents of volatile oil of Phalaenopsis. 45 ingredients were identified. The main component of this volatile oil is alpha-pinene.
