白附子是常用中药,《中国药典》90年版规定为天南星科植物独角莲Typhonium gigan-teum Engl.的干燥块茎。制白附子是白附子炮制加工后的切片。白附片为毛茛科植物乌头Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.的子根加工品,作附子药用。笔者在检查中发现个别药材供应部门将制白附子错写成白附片,使一些药材使用单位辨不清真假,出现了将制白附子当附子用,或将白附片当白附子用的现象。现将制白附子与白附片的性状特征鉴别如下。
