建设部城市住宅小区建设试点第三次领导工作研讨会是继去年上海会议之后,我们试点工作的又一次重要会议。与会代表来自28个省、市、自治区建设部门的领导和60个试点所在城市的领导和代表。建设部标准定额司、建设监理司、勘察设计司、中房总公司、房地产业司、建筑业司、城市规划司的领导和代表参加了。谭庆琏副部长和李振东副部长百忙中到会指导并发表了重要讲话,这对我们今后的工作具有重要的指导意义,也充分说明了各级领导对解决好老百姓的住房问题,尤其是对试点工作的重视和支持。
The third leading workshop for the pilot project of the construction of urban residential quarters of the Ministry of Construction is another important meeting of our pilot work following the Shanghai conference last year.
