我国信托公司自1979年恢复以来,先后经历了5次清理整顿,最终回归到“受人之托,代人理财”的本业,并出台了“一法两规”等制度安排。就在信托业务出现恢复性增长,清理整顿尚未结束之际,重新登记信托公司又出现较多问题,这到底是制度原因还是其他原因,深刻反思很有必要。本文拟用
