[目的]观察活血愈窥汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡治疗临床疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组23例雷贝拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,口服;治疗组23例活血愈窥汤(川楝子15g,延胡索20g,木香15g,枳壳10g,乌贼骨30g,白及、三七、炙甘草各10g,白芍15g,砂仁20g,丹参30g,生蒲黄、五灵脂各15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;雷贝拉唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率91.30%。对照组显效8例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率73.91%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血愈窥汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huoxueyou goup combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic obstruction type peptic ulcer. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Huoxueyou goup combined with rabeprazole is effective in treating blood stasis obstruction peptic ulcer and is worth promoting.
