目的:探讨超促排卵周期卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)基因第10外显子Ser680Asn多态性与卵巢反应性的关系。方法:将体外受精(IVF)周期患者136例,按卵巢反应性分组,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术,检测FSHR基因第10外显子Ser680Asn多态性,观察并测定患者临床数据、胚胎实验室数据和妊娠率。结果:①高反应组NS基因型频率显著升高(63.2%,P<0.05)。②SS型患者bFSH水平为(6.81±1.23)IU/L,显著高于NN和NS型。③NS型患者基础窦卵泡数为(13.31±4.33)个,显著多于NN和SS型。NS型患者获卵数明显多于SS型(NS型12.44±5.49,SS型8.41±5.13,P<0.01)。结论:IVF周期卵巢反应性与FSHR基因第10外显子Ser680Asn多态性有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the Ser680Asn polymorphism of exon 10 of ovarian follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) gene and ovarian response. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle were divided into groups according to ovarian response. The polymorphism of Ser680Asn in exon 10 of FSHR gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) Patient clinical data, embryo laboratory data and pregnancy rates. Results: ① The frequency of NS genotype was significantly higher in high response group (63.2%, P <0.05). The level of bFSH in SS patients was (6.81 ± 1.23) IU / L, which was significantly higher than that in NN and NS types. ③ The number of basal antral follicles in patients with NS type was (13.31 ± 4.33), significantly more than NN and SS type. The number of oocytes in NS patients was significantly higher than that in SS patients (NS type 12.44 ± 5.49, SS 8.41 ± 5.13, P <0.01). Conclusion: The ovarian response in IVF is related to the Ser680Asn polymorphism of exon 10 of FSHR gene.
