各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构:为认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省人民政府关于防治非典型肺炎工作的各项决策和部署,加强领导,统一指挥,协调各方面力量,进一步加强非典型肺炎防治工作,省人民政府决定省非典型肺炎防治工作领导小组下设防治组、科技组、后勤组、农村组、宣传组、治安组、外事组、教育组、贵阳组等9个工作组。现将有关事项通知如下:一、防治组,以省卫生厅为主,省卫生厅厅长何崇远同志任组长。主要职责是:(一)指导、督促各地制定防治非典型肺炎工作预案和监测方案,并检查实施情况,及时提出全省疫情控制措施和政策建议;(二)完善疫情报告信息系统,负责全省非典型肺炎疫情的收集、汇总、分析和报告工作;(三)制定非典型肺炎流行病学讽查方案和有关技术方案,并组织专家咨询组,指导各地开展流行病
