同工酶是一种可靠的遗传标志,但并非所有的同工酶都能成为遗传标志。大量证据表明,同工酶的表达很复杂,它受发育状况、器官和组织特异性及人为或环境的因素的影响,同工酶谱带与基因位点也不是一对一的关系。所以在研究中采用遗传上稳定的酶系统,排除人为或环境干扰。在目前食用菌杂交育种中迫切需找到稳定可靠易于检测的分子标记用于品系鉴定和种资源的评估。
Isoenzymes are a reliable genetic marker, but not all isozymes can become genetic markers. There is ample evidence that isoenzyme expression is complex and is affected by development status, organ and tissue specificity, and human or environmental factors, and the isozyme bands and loci are not in a one-to-one relationship. Therefore, in the study using a genetically stable enzyme system, excluding human or environmental interference. In the current crossbreeding of edible fungi, there is an urgent need to find a stable, reliable and easily detectable molecular marker for the identification of lines and evaluation of resources.
