冰裂纹是我国古代一种重要的釉面装饰,以宋代的汝、官窑冰裂纹釉最为著名。本文旨在利用Image J图像分析、激光共聚焦显微镜、显微CT等无损分析手段,对宋代汝、官窑的冰裂纹釉面进行研究。结果表明,应用Image J软件处理显微图像,显示了冰裂纹釉面的裂纹分级现象;通过激光共聚焦显微镜对釉面形貌的观察,获得微米级的釉面的粗糙度、裂纹宽度等数据;利用显微CT技术观察汝官窑瓷片连续裂纹的扩展情况,显示裂纹萌发时的倾斜度和釉中大气泡对裂纹的位置偏移具有较大影响。
Ice crack is an important ancient glaze decoration in our country, the Song Dynasty Ru, kiln ice crack glaze most famous. The purpose of this paper is to study the ice crack glaze of Ru and Guanyao in Song Dynasty by means of Image J image analysis, laser confocal microscopy and micro-CT. The results showed that using Image J software to process the microscopic images, it showed the grading of crack on the ice crack glaze. Observe the glaze morphology by laser confocal microscope and get the data of the roughness, crack width and so on. The microcrack CT technique was used to observe the continuous crack propagation in Ru Kiln ceramic tiles. The results showed that the inclination of crack initiation and the large bubbles in the glaze caused great influence on the crack location.
