南昆线清水河大桥主跨为72m+128m+72mPC连续刚构桥,其4号墩高100m,是国内最高的铁路桥墩。为了检验设计,进行了1/14缩尺的变截面箱形高墩柱的模型试验。试验结果表明,在使用荷载和最不利施工荷载下,控制截面混凝土和钢筋应力以及墩顶水平挠度的实测值与计算值符合良好。破坏试验说明,高墩柱具有足够的安全储备。
The main span of Qingshuihe Bridge on Nankun Line is 72m + 128m + 72mPC continuous rigid frame bridge. The No. 4 pier is 100m high. It is the tallest railway piers in China. In order to test the design, a 1/14-scale model test of variable section box-shaped high pier columns was carried out. The test results show that under the load and the most unfavorable construction load, the measured and calculated values of the stress of concrete and steel bar and the horizontal deflection at the pier top are in good agreement with the calculated values. Destruction test shows that high pier column has sufficient safety reserves.
