立足于实践经验,对医院住院处现行收费管理模式进行分析,并对住院处收费管理存在的主要问题进行探究。以问题为导向,指出优化医院住院处在院病人费用管理主要对策,不断提高住院处费用管理效率和质量,为医院财务管理工作奠定良好基础。
Based on practical experience, this paper analyzes the current charge management model of hospital inpatient department and explores the main problems in charge management of hospitalization. Based on the problem orientation, this paper points out the main countermeasures to optimize the inpatient cost management in the inpatient department of the hospital and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of cost management in the inpatient department so as to lay a good foundation for the hospital financial management.
