在历史上,中亚分别受到波斯、阿拉伯以及来自草原的突厥、蒙古等文明的影响,近代又经历了沙俄的吞并以及苏俄-苏联的治理。中亚的战略位置极其重要。中亚问题关系到中国西北边疆的治理以及一带一路战略的推进。因此要在充分了解中亚的前提下与其加强联系、推动区域间的合作。
Historically, Central Asia has been affected by the civilizations of Persia, Arabia and Turks, Mongolia and other tribes from the grasslands. In modern times, Central Asia also experienced the annexation of tsarist Russia and the rule of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union. Central Asia’s strategic position is extremely important. The issue of Central Asia is related to the governance of the northwestern frontier of China and the promotion of the strategy of the Belt and One Road. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen contact with Central Asia under the premise of full understanding of it and promote cooperation among regions.
