在春小麦杂交育种工作中,对于选择适宜的杂交亲本及早期判断杂交组合的优劣,以便及早淘汰不良组合,集中精力研究有希望的杂交组合,是长期以来育种工作者迫切希望解决的问题。但由于育种工作中所迫切要求的经济性状,产量因素等的遗传多属数量遗传性状,它们除受亲代影响外,还受着栽培条件及自然因素的影响,因而它们的遗传是较复杂的,需要借助数理统计方法才能鉴别它们的优劣。本文就春小麦41个杂交组合进行了分析,研究杂种第一代与亲本数量性状之间的相互关系,为选择亲本及早期淘汰不良组合提供一些参考。
In the crossbreeding of spring wheat, it is a long-term problem that breeders hope to solve for selecting suitable hybrid parents and judging the pros and cons of early crosses, so as to eliminate the bad combinations as soon as possible and focus on the promising crosses. However, because of the economic traits and yield factors that are urgently required in breeding work, genetic inheritance is mostly quantitative genetic traits. Apart from being affected by their parents, they are also affected by cultivation conditions and natural factors. Therefore, their inheritance is complicated. Need to use mathematical statistics to identify their strengths and weaknesses. In this paper, the 41 spring wheat combinations were analyzed to study the relationship between the first generation of hybrids and the quantitative traits of parents to provide some references for selecting parents and eliminating the bad combinations early.
