钴(Ⅱ)-2-羟基-1-萘醛肟(HNA)—羟胺体系的极谱波具有吸附和动力性质,此波可用于测定人发中的痕量钴。于Co(Ⅱ)-HNA-NH_2OH的氨性介质中观察到钴有一灵敏的极谱催化波,其波高与钴浓度在0.1~2.5ppb范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.05ppb。本文考察了用该体系极谱催化波测定痕量钴的条件,应用此方法测定了人发试样中的钴,并对该体系极谱催化波的性质和机理作了初步讨论。
The polarographic wave of the cobalt (II) -2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde oxime (HNA) -hydroxylamine system has adsorption and kinetic properties and can be used to determine trace amounts of cobalt in human hair. A sensitive polarographic catalytic wave of cobalt was observed in the ammonia medium of Co (Ⅱ) -HNA-NH 2 OH. The wave height was linear with the concentration of cobalt in the range of 0.1-2.5 ppb, with a detection limit of 0.05 ppb. In this paper, the conditions for the determination of trace cobalt by polarographic catalytic wave of this system were investigated. The cobalt content in human hair samples was determined by this method. The properties and mechanism of the polarographic catalysis wave were also discussed.
