耐用度是衡量刀具好坏的重要指标。耐用度试验是一项繁重的工作。利用正交设计法进行耐用度试验可大大节省材料、劳动和时间。本文为小安装后角圆刀片精铣刀精铣灰铸铁时的耐用度(单齿)试验研究报告,采用正交试验法确定刀具合理几何参数和切削用量,用回归分析法求出加工表面光洁度为▽_5上限(R≤3μm)时刀具耐用度t和切削表面积A的经验公式: 经两次重复试验证明试验结果是稳定的。当置信度为95%时,耐用度t=359±26.8(分)之间,刀具能切削的表面积A=21.1±1.6(米~2)之间。本文提供了设计这种铣刀的合理几何参数和选用切削用量的试验结果,证明它是一种高加工质量、高生产效率和高耐用度的精铣刀,值得推广应用。
Durability is a measure of tool quality is an important indicator. Durability testing is a heavy job. The use of orthogonal design durability test can save material, labor and time. This article provides the reasonable geometrical parameters and the selection of the cutting test results of this milling cutter to prove that it is a fine milling cutter with high processing quality, high production efficiency and high durability, which is worth popularizing and applying.
