如何教育学生历来争论颇多。当今的趋势似乎更偏向于赏识和激励学生,惩戒倒成了社会和家长喊打的过街老鼠、教师不敢触及的高压线。问题是学生的教育并未能如所期望的那样一帆风顺,反而问题倍出。本文对惩戒被误解的深层原因进行了一些剖析,从教育的机智、提高教育惩戒的艺术角度出发进行了一定的探讨,以期提高惩戒的实施者对惩戒实施过程中应注意和规避的问题重视,减少社会和家长的误会,促进学生教育良性氛围的形成。
