系统描述位于卡梅尔市的污水处理厂主要处理本市的一些清洁卫生用水。该工厂无间断运行,具备12百万加仑/天的污水处理能力。在其被评为“最优秀的市政单位”之后,环保局开始意识到需要对相关水处理设备进行更新,提高各种设备的标准。该污水处理厂需要对其SCADA系统进行扩展和升级,主要目的是建立一个可靠的网络,从而与各地现有的一些设备进行整合,同时为系统将来的升级预留足够的网络带宽。
System Description The Sewage Treatment Plant in Carmel primarily handles some of the city’s sanitation and sanitation supplies. The plant runs uninterrupted and has 12 million gallons / day of wastewater treatment capacity. After it was named “the best municipal unit,” EPA started to realize the need to update relevant water treatment equipment and improve the standards for various equipment. The wastewater treatment plant needed to scale and upgrade its SCADA system with the main objective of building a reliable network that would consolidate with existing facilities around the world while reserving sufficient network bandwidth for future upgrades to the system.
