由上海国际问题研究所主办,巴林王国研究中心协办的“国际能源安全与台作”国际研讨会在上海举行。来自沙特阿拉伯、海湾合作委员会、卡塔尔、巴林等海湾国家和组织的能源专家学者与来自外交部、国家发改委能源研究所、中国石化经济技术研究院、中油气勘探设计研究院、中国进出口银行以及北京、上海和云南等地的学术研究机构共计40位专家学者聚集一堂,就当前的国际能源形势及中国的能源安全、能源生产国及消费大国的能源战略和政策以及中国能源的发展及与中东地区的合作等议题进行了热烈而深入的讨论。本刊特编发本次研讨会发言精华,以飨读者。:
The International Symposium on International Energy Security and Taiwan, sponsored by the Shanghai Institute of International Studies and co-hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain Research Center, was held in Shanghai. Energy experts and scholars from the Gulf countries and organizations such as Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Qatar and Bahrain met with experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission, China Petrochemical Economic and Technological Research Institute, China Petroleum Exploration and Production Design Institute, China Eximbank and A total of 40 experts and scholars from Beijing, Shanghai, Yunnan and other academic institutions brought together experts and scholars on the current international energy situation and on China’s energy security, energy strategies and policies of energy-producing and consuming countries as well as China’s energy development and cooperation with the Middle East Regional cooperation and other issues for a warm and in-depth discussion.
