目的通过对大型食品加工企业有害生物防治操作,研究食品加工企业有害生物防治方法。方法根据厂区不同区域分为3个不同的区域进行控制管理。结果灭鼠前鼠密度为10%,灭后鼠密度为1.6%;灭蟑前蟑螂密度为10%,灭后蟑螂密度为1.5%;灭蝇前蝇密度为53%,灭后蝇密度为17.2%。结论通过对密度监测的数据证实,对不同区域施行不同的防治管理,使有害生物的密度得到有效控制。
Objective To study the methods of pest control in food processing enterprises through pest control and operation of large food processing enterprises. The method is divided into 3 different areas according to different areas of the plant for control management. Results The density of rodent before rodent infestation was 10%, the density of rodent after extinction was 1.6%; the density of cockroach before killing cockroach was 10%; the density of cockroach after extinction was 1.5%; the density of fly before fly was 53% %. Conclusion Through the data of density monitoring, it is confirmed that different prevention and control measures are applied to different regions so that the density of pests can be effectively controlled.
