化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)的制浆是生产高得率稻麦草浆的理想制浆方法。该文研究了在碱回收过程中黑液的性质。对黑液的化学分析表明:黑液硅含量高,易导致在浓缩器内结垢;总钠含量为10.96%(对绝干量),总硫含量为2.42%(对绝干量),这2种含量较高的主要元素,能够有效回收;有机物含量高,密度小,黏度高,黏度的增高使Na2CO3和Na2SO4的溶解度变大,减轻了burkeite在浓缩器内的结垢现象,但加重了回收蒸煮器后的结垢。由于这些原因,此黑液的碱回收只有通过降低黏度,并利用有机成分中大量的高热值组分把回收蒸煮器设计成产生高蒸气速率的过程,才具有可行性。这项研究工作对于利用稻麦草CTMP黑液进行碱回收的工厂提供了有用的数据。
Chemical thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) pulping is the ideal pulping method for producing high yield rice straw. This paper studies the properties of black liquor during alkali recovery. The chemical analysis of the black liquor showed that the high silicon content of the black liquor easily led to fouling in the concentrator; the total sodium content was 10.96% (for absolute dryness) and the total sulfur content was 2.42% (for absolute dryness), which The higher content of the two main elements can be effectively recovered. The high content of organic compounds, the low density, the high viscosity and the increase of the viscosity make the solubility of Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 larger, which can reduce the scaling of burkeite in the concentrator, Fouling after recovering the digester. For these reasons, alkaline recovery of this black liquor is only feasible by reducing the viscosity and designing the recovery cooker to generate a high vapor velocity using a large amount of high-calorie content of the organic components. This work provides useful data for a plant that uses alkali-recovery of rice straw wheat straw CTMP black liquor.
