单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(简称“纯红再障”)是再生障碍性贫血中的一种少见类型。现将1982～1985年住院治疗4例报告如下:临床资料男2例,女2例。年龄分别为1岁5月、21岁、31岁、50岁。其中1例曾接触过六六六粉;1例在金矿做选矿工作多年,是否接触过放射性物质不详;另2例无明显致病因素。病程5个多月2例,9个月1例,3年1例。其中1例合并糖尿病和疟
Pure red cell aplasia (referred to as “pure red aplastic anemia”) is a rare type of aplastic anemia. Now 1982 ~ 1985 hospitalized in 4 cases reported as follows: Clinical data of 2 males and 2 females. The ages are 1 year old May, 21 years old, 31 years old, 50 years old. One case had contact with six six six powder; one case of ore dressing work for many years, whether the contact radioactive material is unknown; the other two cases no obvious risk factors.
