提高选人用人公信度的最根本的办法就是切实扩大干部选任工作中的民主,让群众参与决定官员的进退流转。去年以来,吉安市以“科学规范和有效监督县(市、区)委书记用人行为”调研试点工作为契机,积极探索,勇于实践,把扩大民主贯穿于干部工作的全过程。
The most fundamental way to improve the credibility of the candidates for employment is to actually expand the democracy in the work of selecting cadres and let the masses participate in the decision-making of the flow of officials.
