采用问卷调查法和文献资料法对于大学生的健美操选项课进行了教学实验研究,以生理学和心理学以及形态特征为依据,建立高效健美操选项课的完整教学体系,整理了一整套取得了显著教学效果的有效练习方法。学校健美操选项课应该树立明确的教学目标,“本体感觉练习”和“心理激情练习”在教学中都应该被作为重点,并且将有氧练习、肌肉练习和柔韧练习有机的结合起来。
A questionnaire survey and literature review method were used to conduct experimental teaching research on aerobics selective courses for college students. Based on the theories of physiology and psychology and morphological features, a complete teaching system of aerobics selective courses was established. Effective teaching methods of teaching practice. School Aerobics Elective Courses should establish a clear teaching goal, “Body feeling exercises ” and “Psychological passion exercises ” should be focused in teaching, and organic combination of aerobic exercises, muscle exercises and flexible exercises stand up.
