目的:探讨孕期健康教育对孕妇在妊娠合并症、因精神因素行剖宫产的比率、难产率方面的作用。方法:回顾分析我院2010年1月至2013年12月住院分娩的产妇4593例,其中3803例参加过孕妇学校培训为A组,未参加学期培训790例为B组。比较两组间孕妇在妊娠合并症的发生概率、巨大儿、阴道助产、剖宫产的比率。结果:A组剖宫产率显著降低,妊娠合并症的发生概率,难产率、巨大儿发生率方面均低于B组。差异显著。结论:孕期健康教育能降低妊娠合并症的发生概率,降低难产率、剖宫产率,促进支持自然分娩,提高产科服务质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of pregnancy health education on pregnant women in pregnancy complications, cesarean section rate due to mental factors, and refractory rate. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 4593 cases of hospital delivery, of which 3803 pregnant women participated in the training of school A group, did not participate in semester training 790 cases for the B group. Comparison of pregnant women in the incidence of pregnancy complications, macrosomia, vaginal delivery, cesarean section rate. Results: The rate of cesarean section in group A decreased significantly, the incidence of pregnancy complications, the rate of dystocia and the incidence of macrosomia in group A were lower than those in group B. Significant difference. Conclusion: Health education during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications, reduce the rate of dystocia, cesarean section rate, promote the support of natural childbirth and improve the quality of obstetric services.
